Review on πŸ“Š KUS USA 52mm Fuel Level Gauge CPFR-WS-240-33 by Aries Boyce

Wrong part in box

The fuel gauge on my boat was suspicious so I decided to replace both the sensor and sensor. I've been an Instrument Technician in the US Air Force for 21 years, so this decision should have been an easy one, which it was. The display wiring uses a detachable connector, which I like. After the first receipt, I quickly checked the box, part and instructions. The box indicated that I had the right resistance range. Due to the miserable, cold weather, I didn't have a chance to install the turn signal well past the return window for several months after receiving it. After a fairly simple install, when I turned it on I found that the front panel said WATER and not FUEL. I have confirmed that the field shows FUEL. So now I'm stuck on the water sensor because some clown put the wrong piece in the box.
