My husband hasn't worn them for a long time. After putting them on the other day, they started squeaking very loudly with every step, which was very annoying. He's been wearing New Balance shoes for years and doesn't want to buy any other brand, but these aren't up to standard. This is a different model, we will not buy again. Do we have any other remedial actions?
