Review on Usage Intelligence by Sean Burnett

We have been using this tool since it was acquired by Salesforce about 2 years ago now - so we are very familiar! It is easy to set up your data sources within their platform but requires some experience if not used before as they do tend towards being too complex at times when trying new features out etc.. There's quite alot of settings that can be tweaked/changed around which could make things confusing initially; however once setup correctly its great!! Reporting has improved significantly over time from basic monthly reports down through daily views into realtime insights across our orgs sales &amp development teams alike.- Real Time Analytics:- Easy access via API calls / webhookScheduling tasks for analysis during off hours helps us get more value than just waiting until regular business day workhours.
