Bits easily snap into pen holder for easy access. I am a 54 year old young air conditioning technician and have worked in the trade for almost 26 years. I can say that this is the nicest, simplest and best value hand tool I have ever bought. I have a lot of small tools (mainly because I keep losing them or parts of them) lol. The multi-level extension is great for working with furniture because the screws are countersunk deep into the wood. I will buy some of these as Christmas gifts. I love this instrument very much.
