Fits 2008 Chevy Colorado 3.7L I had to buy 2 couplers 3.5 x 3 to connect although the hose was too small. I got this from my oil building up on my PCV. Access is much easier and I'm noticing improvements. To be honest, I should have done that from the start. I had a pickup truck with 10,000 miles and now it's 150,000. I've owned it for 11 years.
