This thermal printer offers very good value for money. The seller delivered quickly, the label printer works very well. I have no complaints. I have tested the labels and they scan well on UPS, FedEx etc. Everything you need to get started is included. I use a MacBook and was pleasantly surprised to see a USB-C/USB-A adapter in the box, as well as a small floppy drive and CD with setup and installation instructions, and the software driver itself. The instructions provided were very clear and enabling I was able to set up the printer without any problems and start printing in less than 20 minutes. The 100 labels that come with the printer are of good quality and stick very well to the boxes. It was a nice feature that got me working right away. Overall I would highly recommend this thermal printer to anyone.
