This item was the best online purchase I've ever made. I was skeptical because I've never bought hair without seeing it myself. However, it was the best hair I have ever bought. I've gotten a lot of compliments, most people think this is the true texture of my hair. The hair is soft, obedient, does not fall out much. I give it five stars and I highly recommend this company, in fact I have recommended this product and also bought it for friends. Although I would have suggested that the company put the company's name on my order, I had to go back to a previous order to find a company to place another order. Also, customers at the salon asked where I bought the hair because the box didn't have a name or tag on it and I couldn't provide any information to place an order.
