Very strange creases and seams

So the product itself is ok I gave 3 stars because it's not fluffy, it's very thin and very very crumpled and when you open it they are there small pieces The gold jewelry came off, I didn't wash it, so I hope all the gold jewelry didn't come off when washing, it didn't smell either, but for $40, I expected more, but I learned my lesson. also strange seams inside and outside the duvet
