Review on IPsonar by Glenn Kumar

I was expecting a tool that would tell me the type of attacks and other threats that may be active against our server and if possible, tell me where they came from. We're running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and it doesn't seem to be able to detect any kind of threat. - Not user friendly - when you open an issue (bug), all info related to this problem goes directly into your email account; no option to store them as tickets or anything like that. I found myself creating bugs manually just because I couldn't find a way to solve my problems quickly without having to wait till tomorrow. - Too slow! - I know some servers might be slower than others but even after waiting 10 minutes to check one single bug report there wasn't any response whatsoever. And sometimes, even after submitting several reports at once.. nothing happens. No matter how many times I try to submit more information, the same error message keeps appearing again and again, asking me to fill another set of fields which don't make sense since these errors already appear before trying to complete them. If someone could please fix this so that each time i click "Submit" button instead of showing me those annoying messages, it will save hours of frustration. - Poorly documented website - They provide very poor instructions on how to use the software properly. As far as i'm concerned the only thing that makes sense here is 'Read the manual'. But nobody tells you how to read it either. So if you want to learn how to install something then go ahead and do it yourself.
