The erasing aspect is an error
When I ordered I didn't realize it was a shimmery and shiny kit. Although we thought it would be more fun if we opened it up. Unfortunately it isn't. The shimmering and iridescent patterns are covered with a black scratch. The black scratch will interfere with the pencil and curl when scratched. It is very difficult even for an adult to clean even spirals on black decal paper. We switched to regular paper and pencil and the spiral sets worked sooo much better! The instruction book was great for ideas. Easy to understand.
