Unpolished but strong
They are shaped so that the edges of the inner holes are slightly rough. I had no problem stringing them so I probably reordered 4 or 5 times. I put one of them in a vise and squeezed it. I don't know how hard I pressed it, but it's not torn or warped, so they seem pretty strong.
