I bought this for my daughter when she requested a journal. the blue with stars was exactly her style and she loved the journal. Until it was full. She asked me to buy some refills for it but Cagie appears to not be manufacturing the refills any longer. I might have bought a different journal had I known it wasn't refillable like it is advertized to be.

Ever since I got this journal, I have picked up writing again! I feel secure knowing no one will have access to my inner most thought. I never used to write down exactly what I was thinking or feeling for fear that it will slip into the wrong hands but I find it imperative for growth and for my future self to reflect back on.

I had the smaller one and liked it so much I decided to get the bigger one. The lock is actually very easy to set and reset if you need to.The lack of a star is for the random pages I got. The front part is about the 12 constellations. It doesnt take away from the function of the journal, bit from the page number and the aesthetic. Everything I could have wanted ! Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to break into it to figure out the code. The code given with it did not work, but a flashlight and some patience and I was able to get in. It could have easily been a mistake on my part because I tried to change the code before I even tried to open it 😅 Besides that this is a great quality journal, super soft and very durable. Lots of pages, pockets on the inside! Love the lock so my kids don’t get into it 😂

I wanted to keep a journal but my fear of someone finding it and nosing through my writing kept me from just grabbing a regular notebook. This one is perfect though. I went ahead and got the B6 size since the other appeared way too small. I'm not a fan of the astrological signs that take up some pages-- wish it wasn't designed that way but oh well. The lock is easy to use and the cover feels sturdy.

Weird writing on the outside having to do with nothing… I thought it was a description for advertising reasons.It’s really pretty though the description said it was was green and it’s really turquoise which is what I actually wanted. I just got it and it seems sturdy and quite pleasant but WTF? Why does it say "vintage flowers roses floral frame” on the front? I thought it was just in the photo because of the description. This almost ruins it for me.

I really love this journal. As a teen myself, I think all teens should have some place to keep their private thoughts. I love how the first few pages show you think different horoscopes, and then after you get a bunch of nicely lined paper with cool transparent images in the corners. The design and overall look and build of the journal is fine so far. However, this is literally day one of using it and i took my pen out of the pen holder and it apparently broke. I didn’t realize that it had broken until I went to put the pen back in. I mean it’s not that big of a deal because as you can see in the photo I have just used the lock piece to hold my pen. It just shows that the stitching is poor. Hopefully the journal holds up and the lock continues to work without any issues…

The outside will not bend or be able to be tampered with so I like that. It’s very well stitched and the print on the material is great! Definitely worth the cost!

Cute diary for my spiritual journaling but the lock is jammed and it won’t lock any more which defeats the purpose of purchasing a diary with a lock. Tragic.

I love the journal - I am disappointed that the pages were dirty on the edges and it came with no pen. but the journal is very good quality. It locks perfectly. And from an avid journal-er it Is nice to write in.

Im absolutely loving this journal, it would be perfect if you want to be able to vent to yourself without worrying about someone else finding it and seeing wht you wrote. Or if you want to use it for something else, like writing a story or something.

This is a great journal/diary. The password set up is very simple. The book itself is crafted well. It's sturdy and easy to write in. It's fitting for any occasion. You can take it to school or to a business meeting. Definitely a great buy.
