Review on 🔋 CTEK MUS 4.3 POLAR Extreme Climate 12V Fully Automatic 8-Step Battery Charger by Original Mansel

I bought this charger at the start of the pandemic in March to use it to prevent the daily driver's car battery from draining. I've been using a ctek 3300 on a Miata in storage since December 2018 and expected this to work as well. Fast forward to December 2020. The Ctek Polar never came out of the box, but the Ctek 3300 found a bug. A constant battery indicator started blinking, indicating either a bad connection or that the battery was getting low and couldn't hold a charge. The connection was fine and the battery was brand new from last month. To make sure the Ctek 3300 failed I unplugged the Ctek Polar and connected it to the battery. The battery was only half charged, but within an hour the ctek polar fully charged it. I'm glad ctek polar lived up to expectations. HOWEVER, I am very concerned that ctek products are short lived. I will keep a close eye on ctek polar but will probably buy another brand as a backup.
