Best charger I've ever had and I've had quite a few. I feel like I can have confidence that my battery will not be overcharged. With my Fluke meter, the voltage is as advertised. The only annoying thing is that all the cables remain flexible in the cold, except for the pigtails that are attached to the battery. I live in an area with an average temperature of 20°F. in winter and drops to -10F intermittently for 2-3 days. This holder/charger is used for dueling batteries for wagons (not for engines) for my application. I have 1 charger for both batteries and connect + to 1 battery and - to the second battery.
