Best charger I've ever had and I've had quite a few. I feel like I can have confidence that my battery will not be overcharged. With my Fluke meter, the voltage is as advertised. The only annoying thing is that all the cables remain flexible in the cold, except for the pigtails that are attached to the battery. For the price, battery pigtails require them to use the same pigtail they use for everything else. You must be careful where you place the device during use as it can get very hot, do not place it on anything plastic or painted. Overall, I would definitely buy it again, even with small defects I like it very much. : Update, orange and black paint appears to be paint only as it flakes off relatively easily over time, but only cosmetically.
