Came full of games. Adding games is easy enough. Must be charged with 5V 1A output from charging sources. All old games play great, right down to PS1 and 4d Dreamcast. Fun for fans of retro games. The more they DIY, the more fun they have in customizing the software. I take mine everywhere!
