The design, coloration, and leopard print are attractive, and the fit is comfortable. In trying on this soft garment, I soon detected an unacceptable odor coming from its fabric.During hand washing this garment in cool water, there was much fading of dye into the water. Repeated washings were needed to get semi-clear water. The garment dried somewhat in the dryer on a light setting, and then it was hung to dry thoroughly. Softness remains.While the post washing appearance is fine, except for a bit of sagging in the unused pockets, the unpleasant odor persists, though slightly less than initially. Spraying the fabric with an antibacterial spray did not help sufficiently.Now this top is hanging in an enclosed porch area where it is hoped that the smell will dissipate. If the odor remains, the next step will be to spray it with a 50:50 solution of vodka to water as is often used on performance costumes. While the horrid scent is unidentifiable, it maintains a sickening effect. I hope this garment will become odor-free and wearable. If it does not, there is no hope for wearing it, and the money and effort will have been totally wasted.
