If you are installing any large format floor tile, this product will NOT do the job stated by the manufacturer. I was installing a 24x24 porcelain floor tile and instead of using my usual wedge system I opted to try this product. Below are things I ran into.1) When not using the spacer for intersections of four tiles you most break off the little plastic nibs at the base of each spacer, major pain in the ass.2) The spacer tongue do not have the strength to level a large tile being handle down by properly mixed thin set. When I used the kits gun to attempt to pull tiles tight the tongue would snap off. At this point you want to scream because you have to remove the tile to insert a new spacer. TOTAL CRAP3) The gun is junk, it has no tension control setting so if you continue to try and pull tiles level but the spacer can’t handle the pressure it just snaps off the tongue and you’re back to what I mentioned in item 2 above.Save yourself from what went through and use the wedge system, it can handle any type tile and insures the tiles are flat and level.
