Vise jaws raised from vise guides approximately 2mm on one side only. They did this so that the jaws were somewhat perpendicular to each other. The jaws will also show off center even when zeroed with a dial indicator (0.001 inch concavity) from start to finish. Deep and numerous scratches on the bottom. Most of them didn't bother me too much, but the vise jaws raised so far are just unacceptable. I have several of these vises of various sizes and none are perfect, but they do the job for my skill level. This one was a bit of a shame. I will contact the seller and update my rating accordingly.
