Damaged wiring and dangerous situation
I was sent an item that someone previously bought, damaged and returned. It came with no instructions and damaged wiring, which I think is a major safety hazard if someone was stupid enough to install this thing. The ground wire was disconnected and the remaining wiring was stripped or cut too short to be used and made contact with the metal case. If I spend that kind of money on a new device, I do NOT expect anyone to get a damaged return. It was a gift for someone I rarely see due to the distance and now I can't even install it for him. I drove 6 hours to give this gift and won't see her for quite a while now. Unacceptable in every way.
