This comforter/pillow case is surprisingly very comfortable. The package arrived in a vacuum sealed bag inside a box. I wasn’t sure how fluffy the comforter would get due to how thin it was when It came in, but after a few days, it fluffed up quite nicely. In addition to the product, the customer service care that came with the package was a pleasant surprise. There comfort in knowing that the company is wants to keep its customers happy. Thank you!
