Installation was smooth and easy. The relay terminals are detachable and large enough to accept heavy gauge wire. You should be able to fit up to 12 gauge with no problem. My device arrived with the latest firmware installed. The firmware update process doesn't seem to be as easy as some network peripherals as it requires a windows program to perform the updates - it doesn't seem to be able to update via the web interface. Programming the calling plan and various settings was easy through the web interface and I was able to train my customer to use it in minutes. It works without any problems and has been driving a 6" 24V AC factory bell for about 2 weeks. I can highly recommend this module.
