Moves by itself no matter how you set it.

Finally got rid and replaced. No matter how set according to the instructions, the monitor moved by itself. My monitors were also under the advertised weight. The arms had a "default" position that they seemed to want to return to. No matter how you adjust it, it tilts incorrectly and moves on its own. I ended up stuffing a few pieces of plastic into one of the hinges, but even that wasn't enough. The tabletop mounting options were not sufficient for the weight of the rig, which eventually caused it to tip over. Find another brand. I did this.
