The ability to manage all of our customer account information in one place, easily accessible from any device is what I like best about this software! Sometimes it can be difficult for customers who are new or not familiar with using an online store website so there needs to be more training available at no cost for users outside of your organization that may need assistance learning how to use the system effectively. This program allows us as a team to keep track of everything we're doing related to each client's business which has made things easier when communicating back and forth between clients via email/phone calls.
