Every year for the holidays I make homemade caramel. I finally gave up and bought precut wraps instead of cutting my own. It was great and my chocolates looked very professional. I would like to warn you though - they are packaged with non-stick sides facing each other. You must turn over any other packaging before using it. I highly recommend doing this step before you start wrapping the candy, as it becomes difficult to tell which side is which if your fingers are sticky from contact with the candy. I found it a little pricey but I will buy again as they have made my life easier and my sweets more beautiful.
