Thanks to everyone's advice, this app turned out to be easy. I followed the tips below.1. First I applied a thin layer of white face cream in a tube and then a setting spray2. When I applied the tattoos some of the white paint came off so I touched it up with a black and white palette3. Remember that the plastic sticker must be removed before wetting so that the eyes are taken from another sheet4. The removal tape worked wonders, which I did, removing most of it first, then showering, then peeling off the rest.5. Cutting the eyes in half really helped me scale everything down to smaller sizes.
