They were really easy to apply, I cut out pieces and applied with a damp sponge. As for the eyes, I cut them in half and put them in two parts around the eyes and it worked great. The pigments are good and bright. The whole application took about 10 minutes, and the removal took about 30 minutes. I was worried they wouldn't hold up well over makeup in the white suit but they held up with no problem. They also washed off easily with my regular face wash and light rubbing with my fingers. The tricky part is that when you cut them out they have a paper backing. If you try to put it on your face, the side with the picture is facing down and the side of the paper is facing out. Will definitely be used again! Just make sure you have time because it took me a while to do this and it was my first attempt. For the eyes, I had to cut them in half and wear one half at a time to avoid mistakes. Once you put them on your face and in the water on your back, they come off very quickly and stick to your face. This is a really great product. However, it came without instructions. Here's what you need to know.1. Cut them into small pieces. No larger than 3 or 4 inches.2. They were incredibly easy to use but terribly difficult to take off. After lots of baby oil, makeup remover, and many cleansing cycles, they came off. On the plus side, I exfoliated a lot afterwards. :)
