I am disappointed. The photos are very misleading on this point. In the photos it looks like leather. The item I received has a gray cardboard cover with some leather embossing. The book is tiny at 6x8 inches and the picture placeholders might fit in the size of a wallet, but certainly not a 3x5 photo. Inside 10 sheets of paper. Everything said in the description about fillable areas, was correct. There are some very cute sentimental things printed on the sides. It may have been a very cute item but suffers from poorly executed materials. Total cost: $4.99
