Finally getting a full night’s sleep

I couldn’t get the timer to work, but otherwise this thing is perfect! Last winter I was diagnosed with SAD, so I decided to try this light. Within a few days, it had reset my circadian rhythm so I don’t even need my alarm, plus I’m sleeping better. This has helped improve my mood so I’m really pleased.
