Review on Ultria Orbit by Chris Burns

The ability to have my data stored in one place rather than having it scattered throughout various software applications is very helpful! I wish there was more flexibility with how much information can be saved within each file; however this does not seem like an issue that will likely change as they continue to develop their product line of solutions available via Cloud Platform Solutions (CPS).

We are solving problems related to our customers' end users using CPS by providing them access directly from any web browser or mobile device. Being able to provide instant customer service has been extremely beneficial since we no longer need physical agents at client sites - all communications now take place online allowing us to spend less time outbound calling clients when issues arise relating to their accounts/contracts. Our organization continues grow so being flexible enough to adapt new features without disrupting existing processes allows us to scale easily while maximizing efficiency gains realized over large departments.
