I ended up returning this item. There are two main problems I found. First, I couldn't even fully assemble it. The sticks didn't all fit together because the holes on either end of some were too small, making it absolutely impossible to connect all the sticks together. Some of the ones I was able to piece together were still very dense and formed metal shavings all over the carpet. Second, after only being able to partially assemble it, I noticed that the two rods were too close together for hanging clothes. will process a whole row if you alternate hanging parts between two rows. This problem completely negates the purchase of a double-row clothes rack! It only came with a signpost with pictures and metal poles that weren't marked. This would not have been a problem for me as it was easy enough to use online images of the finished product to guide assembly. but as said, the pieces didn't all fit together or were too tight for those that did. Once I realized it was hopeless, it took even longer to disassemble what I had already assembled to repackage. I definitely do not recommend it. I found another double shelf that has the hanging rods rotated in opposite directions, allowing more space between them and not overlapping when hanging clothes.
