This rack is a game-changer in closet organization. It's versatile, sturdy and can hold a lot of clothes. I ended up returning this item. There are two main problems I found. First, I couldn't even fully assemble it. The sticks didn't all fit together because the holes on either end of some were too small, making it absolutely impossible to connect all the sticks together. Some of the ones I was able to piece together were still very dense and formed metal shavings all over the carpet.
