When you buy a brand you become attached to it because of the batteries. So I went with Makita to save on another company's battery costs. I have several kits from Makita. That's a good gun. I think it's a bit overpriced but I would buy it again. It would be better if there was a wire on board to pierce the sealant or sealant you will be using like on the Milwaukee. I also like the tools that can be attached to the tool belt. So I think you could buy a drill or impact attachment and use that if you're going up and down stairs all day. I think the price is high as the underbody glue (PL 400) will be replaced with a stronger uranium glue in the future using professional grade foam spray guns which are even faster making this less necessary. However, I bought this to seal and air seal and it works just as well as I expected. I expect victory to come in colder weather when a traditional shotgun requires some rigorous effort. In general, Makita will not let you down here.
