I'm already disappointed and haven't even put a case on my laptop yet. When I took it out of the plastic, I noticed that the case had scratches all over the top. Also, the actual color of the case is much darker than the product photos. I initially assumed that the case was completely transparent and colorless, but then realized that it was actually an unsightly dark gray color. For comparison, I attached a picture of the case to a piece of white printer paper. I'll probably use it anyway as it's better than no case. It's also annoying to have to return an item. But based on first impressions, I don't have high hopes for its longevity.
