I'm already disappointed and haven't even put a case on my laptop yet. When I took it out of the plastic, I noticed that the case had scratches all over the top. Also, the actual color of the case is much darker than the product photos. I've just received my case. I was very excited because I really liked the design I chose. However, the case was too small. The description clearly states 13 inches, but the case I received was closer to 10 or 11 inches. So disappointing! I will return this item. I hope the seller takes this into account.

Although installation is relatively easy, be careful not to touch the inside of the plastic case as your fingerprints will leave marks. I like this computer case. I was concerned about ventilation as I've had issues in the past, but the vents on the bottom allow for adequate circulation. The design is so beautiful and everyone always comments on it when they see it for the first time. Bought this item for my daughter's new laptop and she loves it. The print is very pretty and goes well with the rose gold of your laptop. This case is suitable for Macbook Air A2179 models. This product snaps onto the laptop easily and stays on well. Only the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard cover are larger than on the laptop. If it hadn't been for 5 stars.

The sweetest cover. I gave the durability a lower rating because I'm not sure the paint on the lid won't rub off since it doesn't have a glossy finish. It's only matte, but very beautiful. *Updated* 09/07/20After receiving my feedback, the company got in touch with me. They were very apologetic for the issues I encountered. Not only did they return my purchase, they agreed to send a replacement case. The new cover is perfect! The keyboard cover still doesn't fit (the arrow keys are for the old keyboard, not the updated 2020 model) so I still don't consider this a 5 star product.
