I really like the way my portfolio is organized. There is plenty of space and compartments for my stuff. The first thing I noticed was the smell of leather. The color is a nice deep brown. I was concerned (based on the Revain image) that the handles would be too long, like a handbag, but that's not the case. You are exactly right. It's the perfect size and not too bulky so it doesn't look like a piece of luggage. My only gripe is that the lining is black which makes it a bit difficult to see what's inside. A different lining color, like red or beige, may work better. Overall I think this is a great bag for a professional man and I look forward to taking it to work. There are a few cheaper briefcases out there, but the quality, organization, and aesthetics justify the price. Hopefully it won't scratch and will last for years, but time will tell.
