Update 4.24.22I gotta say excellent customer service! Solve the issue with the unit. This unit is great love that I can charger with type c or micro usb. The type c port is dual input/out put.Used it to jump my car that wouldn't start with a breeze. Has an integrated light if needed. Simply but effective device!----------------------‐‐------------------------------------------------Received item. It was well packaged. Saw the battery was at 50 percent charged so I decided to charge it to 100 before using it. Device got hot to the touch so I left it alone came back 1 hour later device was DEAD! lights on longer come on nothing works used muliple charger no go. Maybe I got a bad unit who knows. Will update my review if seller replaces it.
