I am not one to praise the product but I do take the time to recommend this product to anyone who has had the problems I had with the genuine Cadillac part. . Dealershio has replaced my cue system 3 times (during the warranty period) due to screen cracks. Now that my 3 year warranty is up my replacement cost would be around $1,500. It took me about under two hours to completely remove, disassemble and replace it and it really takes my time and following the instructions that came with this product. In my opinion, removing the skin to open the cue system is the most time consuming, but don't worry, you can't break anything, just be patient and take your time. The fact that there is a lifetime guarantee enhances the design of the product. Yes, I am a very "satisfied customer"!
