Update! I'm updating this post because the customer service is great. They went out of their way to send me a product I would be happy with! They contacted me themselves and sent me a device with a screw that works amazingly well! I'll leave my original review as it still applies to this product in particular and as they say if you use a ton of these you'll find one of their products with a screw securing it to the socket. It works and it's convenient to have USB ports in the outlet. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The USB ports and plug-ins feel pretty cramped, I have to put in a lot more effort to plug something in than a regular outlet. The same applies to the extraction. It would be great if there was a wall mount screw in the middle because I pull the whole unit out of the wall when I try to unplug or USB which is the biggest mistake imo. Update: I have decided to return this item. It comes out of the wall every time we unplug anything, even USB. This is very annoying. There is no way to mount it on the wall. We tried it with the connector cover and without the connector cover. Same result on both sides. IF you use this and have things that stay plugged in and don't need to be unplugged often, then you're probably fine. But that's not for us, we use sockets a lot, several times a day. If they made a screw hole in the middle to fix it that would be a great item for us!
