. Due to the initial noise factor (you can hear it in my video) it should have been 3 stars but we let it run for a couple of weeks and the noise dropped tremendously. I wanted to put this in my son's room because they have bunk beds and this one has an indoor fan (for safety). It was very easy to install and I didn't actually need all of the hardware that came with it as it matched our old fan's mounting brackets perfectly. So it was a win! Make sure you have someone to hold the fan while you connect the wires. Unfortunately I didn't and had to hold the fan with my shoulder while trying to attach the shirt wires. I had no problems with it after turning the power back on. Everything worked and the fan actually had good airflow despite being tiny. The scope of delivery includes a remote control for light and fan control. It has 3 different types of lighting that you can dim and different fan speeds. This is an upgrade from what we had and looks beautiful. It's plastic and the fan cover was a little wobbly (it was also missing a few screws so it wasn't secured properly), but for the price and looks it's decent. I would recommend it.
