Just wanted to say that Taylor is my favorite brand of waterproof compact digital cooking thermometer for use in an industrial or commercial kitchen. The buttons and interface were easy to understand and reading was accurate and clear. One of my main producers asked where I got this from and said Revane had it. He knew the thermometer we use was crap because it only had 2 settings "D" and "F". But in any case, this is the best replacement for a compact waterproof digital thermometer.
