I use these for visual cues on classroom conversation volume. I needed something with a remote control because the button lights are too tempting for students. You can click the light to adjust the color and turn it on or off with the remote control. I was initially annoyed that they all turn on and off at the same time with the remote control. However, you can adjust the infrared sensor in different directions to control them separately. I have 0 to the left, 1 up (I have a small paper blocking part of the sensor on this one) and 2 to the right. So far, so good!
