I like how SocialLadder is constantly improving and adding new features. They have customer support that is very helpful and accessible. Their reporting system is easy to use. I can't think of anything I dislike about the program. I highly recommend SocialLadder! I am a fan of the program and have been a user for over a year. I am able to create and manage my community. I am able to track engagement and see the results of my efforts. I am also able to see the analytics to know which posts are the most popular. I am able to post my blog posts to my community and they are shared.
