super easy to use, clean.

I like it. I use it for products that I never dreamed of cooking in a pan. I've cooked pizza, cookies, fish, chicken, hamburgers, roasted vegetables, and fruit on it. Tomatoes are divine! And of course pancakes, french toast and pancakes. The lid is important!
