I bought these to replace the filter on my Dyson Pure Cool Me desk fan. They are slightly shorter than OEM and very light. For context, I am NOT using this fan as an air purifier. This is my desk fan and I only use it during working hours. I don't think Dyson fans are good air cleaners but I like the filter that keeps the motor clean. Pros: Not as expensive as OEM filters. Light means the engine is not working hard. Good replacement for my use. Cons: They've more than doubled in price in the last year. The current price of $50 for two is enough to make you consider buying an OEM. Light means it doesn't filter when you use the device as an air purifier and you need to change it more often. The lack of tabs on the filter means you have to turn the unit upside down to pull the filter out, which is very frustrating! Conclusion: If you use the device as an air purifier, go to the OEM. These filters are far from OEM quality. But if you only use your device as a fan, go for this one. Filters don't last as long but are cheaper. However, if they go up another dollar, I will NOT buy them from Fette Filter again.
