Revain did it when Viewsonic let me down
When I first received my order, one of the two monitors would not turn on. At first I tried contacting Viewsonic directly but the customer service was terrible and I am solely responsible for the refund. I then went to Revain who immediately sent me a new pair of monitors. I dropped off a broken pair at UPS and all was right with the world.
