Review on 🖤 BDF BLKT Window Film Blackout Privacy (36" x 6Ft) - Ultimate Darkness and Privacy Solution for Windows by Jen Smith

I was a little concerned as several reviews here say it is see through or doesn't hold up well. Well, these reviews are nonsense. Either they're lying or they didn't bother to use it properly. It takes some effort to apply. They're not kidding when they say to soak both the window and the film. If this is not done, the film will stick to the window like adhesive tape. When both are wet the foil is easy to adjust and move or even remove to get the best angle. After application, be sure to use the included squeegee to squeeze out any air bubbles. You must do this several times over the course of a few days. Like I said, good things take a little effort. In addition, they are completely opaque. Try to see it from both sides day and night. I did not see anything. I even used my failsafe 1000 lumen flashlight to see if any light could get through. The best I could see was just a flashlight LED lens with a red tint. Most household lamps do not produce 1000 lumens because they are completely blind. If this is the best thing I've ever seen then I think I can trust this stuff. I trust it so much that I am currently using it for the large bay window in my bedroom. I have no more curtains or drapes. The only problem is that now I really have to rely on the watch as I can't tell if it's day or night at all.
