At least one-level light without switch. Other listings that do not include a gooseneck cord describe the light as 3 watts. I measured the current draw at 0.25 amps at 5 volts, so the actual output is 1.25 watts. Based on a comparison with known light output and current consumption I have concluded that the light output is in the range of 100 lumens which is good enough for use as a low power LED flashlight. The light is light enough to easily carry the cord on the gooseneck.
