I like this a lot, I like having handles to hold on to as I climb unlike other step ladders. I can easily get things up on top of my closet, and have don a lot of reorganizing since I got it. It has a latch on the top stair that looks like it is supposed to hook on the metal rail , however it is not in a position to clip on to that rail that is just underneath it, and the ladder is less stable without that support. I needed a smaller ladder to use inside my home rather than lugging the big one my husband has in the shed. I love this for small odd jobs inside my home. It is lightweight, easy for me to use, opens and closes easily and I store it in the garage for easy access. I weigh 230 lbs and am 60 years old and can use this on my own. I love having the handles on each side to hang onto as my balance isn't what it used to be. I would highly recommend.

Small and light enough to easily take around the house but high and sturdy enough to reach most places. Exactly what I wanted. The earlier delivery issues I wrote about were not the fault of the seller but were the fault of the delivery company. After many false messages about delivery dates, the ladder finally arrived in good shape.

Like the perfect height for most uses in an average house. Easily reach items on or close to the ceiling. Light weight with handles for secure climbing for older folks for sure.

I do like the stool; it folds & unfold nicely, very sturdy, use it everyday. I did, however, think I could also sit on it, occasionally, for short periods. No can do, and I'm quite small.

A bit more wobbly than I would like. Makes me a little nervous using it, but at least it has handrails that make me feel safer while it's wobbling lol

This ladder is just what I needed for overhead work. The safety rails are a great idea. The top bar is good and allows to stand on the top steep with something to hold onto. To me it seems like a well built ladder. You assemble it with 4 bolts very easy.

This ladder is so perfect for women you will have to hide it as it is sturdy enough for the male in the household and they appreciate its design with the side rails and safety features. For me as a senior.perfect!

I purchased this product for everyday household projects like changing lightbulbs in the ceiling fixtures, hanging pictures & painting. It was not as heavy duty as I was expecting. You must make sure your weight is centered on each step when climbing it. Excellent.

Easy to put together. Didn't take long. Just the right height for senior citizen. Handle is great to hold onto when climbing to reach higher items. I would recommend it to all older folks.

I am an arthritic senior citizen afraid of heights. I am very excited about this ladder. It's sturdy, the hand rails enable me to use the ladder with a sense of security made even greater by the wide, deep steps that accommodate my whole foot. It is moderately heavy, but easy to "walk" to move - no need to pick it up to carry. This is a brilliant invention that I highly recommend.

Fast shipping. This is not a "heavy duty" ladder. it says up to 330lbs, I would not recomend it for a large person. if I would have used it before ordering, I would not have bought it. Nice design, just not as sturdy as I thought it would be.
