I like this a lot, I like having handles to hold on to as I climb unlike other step ladders. I can easily get things up on top of my closet, and have don a lot of reorganizing since I got it. It has a latch on the top stair that looks like it is supposed to hook on the metal rail , however it is not in a position to clip on to that rail that is just underneath it, and the ladder is less stable without that support. Not sure if I should try bending the metal or not. Also one rail is slightly loose and it can't be tightened, i will probably glue it and re attach the screws so it is more stable
